Drone Photography

Drone photography, whether it be videos and/or still photos is a fast, safe and efficient way to access concealed or restricted parts of a building at a moments notice. It replaces the need for scaffolding or cherry pickers that can be expensive and time consuming.

By starting with the external fabric inspection of a building, we can spot and identify the defects that will allow water/moisture to enter the building causing the deterioration of the historic internal fabric. The external inspection also acts as the blueprint for the schedule of essential repairs required, no matter how small.

Drone photography can also be used to inspect works being undertaken, as well as following completion.  Drone photography is an essential way to carry out post contract maintenance inspections and it is the most cost effective and pro-active way to monitor the external fabric of any building and should be incorporated into every maintenance regime.
